Affiliate Terms & Program Rules
These rules govern how referrals are attributed, how commissions are calculated and matured, and how payouts are released in the AgentAdvisory Affiliate Program.
1. Joining the program
- Accounts are created instantly. There is no application and no approval queue — you get your referral links and start tracking referrals immediately.
- Referral tracking and commission accrual begin the moment your account exists.
- Payout method and tax documentation are required before funds are released, but never block account creation, links, tracking or accrual.
- AgentAdvisory may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
2. Commission basis
- Affiliates earn 20% of eligible net revenue actually collected across the eligible customer journey.
- Commission is calculated on cash collected — never on invoiced, pledged or total contract value.
- Net revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, reversals and non-eligible products. Payment processing fees are not deducted from your commission.
- Payment plans commission per cleared installment, as each installment is collected.
- AgentAdvisory Studio monthly earns commission on the first 12 successfully collected payments per customer.
- AgentAdvisory Studio annual earns commission on the first annual payment only.
3. Attribution
- Attribution is first-touch: the first qualified referral wins the customer.
- The attribution window is a fixed 90 days from the first qualified referral. It never resets or extends on a challenge purchase, Studio signup, appointment or any later conversion.
- A purchase initiated inside the original 90-day window keeps earning commission on future installments tied to that specific purchase as they successfully collect, even after Day 90. A qualified referral requires an identifiable lead — an email address and/or phone number captured through the affiliate's link.
- An anonymous click never permanently claims a person.
- Attribution is resolved server-side against AgentAdvisory's database using normalized email and phone matching, refined by Stripe and Whop customer identifiers.
- Multiple emails or phone numbers belonging to one person merge into a single customer without breaking attribution.
- There is no lifetime attribution and no last-click override.
- Every attribution decision is written to an immutable audit log.
4. Eligibility exclusions
- Existing AgentAdvisory customers are not commissionable.
- Prior house leads already in AgentAdvisory's database are not commissionable, unless the lead had no meaningful activity for 180 or more days and returned through the affiliate's link.
- Internal, staff, test and comped transactions are excluded.
- Products and offers flagged as non-eligible earn no commission regardless of attribution.
5. Maturity, refunds and reversals
- Each commission is created as Pending when the payment successfully clears.
- Commissions mature to Approved 45 days after the successful payment.
- Refunds reduce the related commission proportionally.
- Chargebacks and disputes are non-commissionable; any amount already paid becomes a negative balance adjustment.
- Reversals that occur after a payout are deducted from future balances.
6. Payouts
- Payouts run monthly on the 15th for commissions approved as of the prior month end.
- The minimum payout is $100; smaller balances roll forward automatically.
- A valid payout method and completed tax documentation are required before any release.
- Payouts may be held while an account is under fraud or attribution review.
7. Prohibited practices
- Self-referrals and referrals of your own household or controlled entities.
- Bidding on AgentAdvisory brand terms in paid search.
- Coupon, deal, cashback and incentivized-traffic sites.
- Spam, unsolicited messaging and misleading income or results claims.
- Impersonating AgentAdvisory, its staff or its programs.
- Any attempt to manipulate identity matching, cookies or attribution records.
8. Enforcement
- AgentAdvisory may void attribution, reverse commissions, withhold payouts and terminate participation for violations.
- AgentAdvisory's database is the sole source of truth for attribution and commissions; Stripe and Whop supply financial events only.
- Program terms may change with notice; changes apply to commissions created after the effective date.
